Who we are

AID WMS (aidwms.com) is a warehouse and order management platform operated for third-party-logistics (3PL) fulfillment. We process order data on behalf of the merchants (sellers) who use our warehouses, including orders synchronized from e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and TikTok Shop.

What we process, and why

We collect and process only the minimum personal data required to fulfill orders: recipient name, shipping address, phone number, and order contents; plus the business account data of our warehouse customers (name, email, company details). We use this data solely to receive, store, pick, pack, ship and track orders, and to bill our warehouse services. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and security

Production data is stored and processed in the United States. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+); databases are encrypted at rest, and third-party credentials are additionally encrypted at the application layer (AES-256-GCM). Access follows least-privilege role-based control with tenant-level isolation, and administrative access requires multi-factor authentication. Sharing and subprocessors

We share personal data only as needed to deliver the service: hosting (Railway, US), object storage and CDN (Cloudflare, US), error monitoring (Sentry), and shipping carriers / shipping-label aggregators when we purchase postage for an order. We never share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and deletion

Buyer personal data is retained only as long as needed for fulfillment and legal or accounting obligations. We honor requests from sellers and platform partners to access, update or delete personal data within 30 days, and we delete all collected personal data within 30 days after the end of a contractual relationship, except where retention is required by law.

Platform data

Data received from e-commerce platforms (for example TikTok Shop or Shopify order data) is used exclusively to fulfill the corresponding orders, is protected as described above, and is handled in accordance with each platform's developer data policies.
